We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at YOUR COMPANY within 15 days of purchase.
Step 1: Request a RMA Number
Before you ship your purchase back to us, you must contact our support team at to receive approval and a RMA number that must be placed on your invoice to accept the return. Any returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Step 2: Pack all original packaging and ship
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package with your RMA number.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will accept your return as a store credit or as an exchange for another product from our store.
If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue an exchange upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
